Tim Ho Wan DIM SUM !

It's not hard to find dim sum in singapore. Good dim sum on the other hand, is an entirely different story.Recently i had found this restaurant that sold 1 of the best dim sum in singapore. 

Tim Ho Wan, the cheapest 1 Michelin Star dim sum restaurant from Hong Kong, is opening in Singapore at The Atrium @ Orchard. I had to queue  for almost 2 hour to get a seat here .But its all WORTH IT ! 

Their 4 well - known Dim Sum also known As 4 heavenly King Dim Sum


Baked Bun with BBQ pork is 1 of my favorite , the skin is very crispy which is very uncommon on normal BBQ bun .
Vermicellia Roll stuffed with pig's liver is very special , the sauce is very special and that make the whole thing to a different level.
Steam Egg cake is also 1 of my favorite cake  , the taste of it is different . Its is very soft and is easy to chew it .
