Have you ever wonder how Roti Prata was made? From
what I observed while queuing up for it. The chef flip the dough to make it into a very fine and thin layer then, he fold in from each corner and fold on again from the 4 ends. There, a
plain prata is made, however it is not finished as it need a fry and a crispy
prata is serve with a plate of curry. There are tons of different prata,
whether in shape or sizes. There are Roti prata with egg, with onion or with
cheese etc. You can find Roti Prata anywhere in Singapore. It is a food that
must be eaten when you come to Singapore. It is a food that you would not miss!
The nicest Roti Prata I even ate was at Little India. The
curry can make you mouth watery and the prata made are really worth it. Go on
have a try of it.
Lastly, a question to post to you. Where have you had your nicest Roti Prata even in Singapore?
